General Questions

We offer different modes of registration. You can either fill in the last page of the brochure which the Registration Form and send it back to us or opt for online registration from our official website by selecting the course of your choice and filling out the form with the required details.

Once you leave your enquiry through any of these modes, you will receive a call back from the program expert at the earliest who will guide you further for registration.

Your company will be invoiced and we accept a variety of payment methods, including debit or credit cards, bank transfers or cash.

Yes. We have a number of discount schemes which vary depending on the number of registrations and other factors. Please e-mail or call us and we will be happy

Yes. We often provide combo offers or otherwise known as fast track session. In addition, we have random promotional offers allowing you to register for a course at a discounted fee.

We offer different modes of training including Face- to – Face classroom sessions, Online sessions. Yet, we also do offer In-House training that can be conducted at your premises or any convenient location and time.

Public Training Courses Questions

We provide an extensive array of public courses, conducting numerous sessions annually across diverse global locations, including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Far East, and beyond.

Yes. Part payments are accepted and you can choose up to three instalments to pay prior the course commences.

Certainly! Our specialized training division is equipped to deliver training programs in multiple languages, mainly Arabic and French, provided there are at least 5 delegates. Additionally, to facilitate our candidates, certification examinations are also conducted in the mentioned languages.

Our limit is 18. In busier seasons we make exceptions to accommodate loyal clients.

Courses start at 8:30 am and end at 16:00 pm after the buffet lunch. There are approximately 30 contact hours per 5-day courses and 18 per 3-day courses.

Yes, we provide you with course materials that will help you understand the modules in a better way.

In-House Training Courses Questions

Yes, we have been tailoring in-house solutions for our clients aimed at helping them achieve short term training wins or long term strategic requirements. All the courses we design can be offered “in-house” in English, French and Arabic or a combination thereof. In addition to being significantly cost effective, these courses are constantly in demand because they:

  • Address issues specifically related to the organization
  • include specially designed cases and exercises, which apply to the client’s situation
  • enable the organization to select the proper mix of participants to ensure maximum benefit
  • help build team spirit among course participants

Once we receive your duly completed request, one of our business development professionals or consultants will get in touch with you to understand your requirements with more detail and answer any relevant questions you may have. After all pertinent information has been exchanged, we will work on the custom-made request and send you the proposal you require and work with you to identify the ideal period and place for delivering the custom-made solution.

Yes. You can choose the dates and timings for In-house trainings – subject to trainer availability.
